Bearing that in mind, we've established the following policies to ensure that everyone is treated with fairness and respect. We believe that our services are an important part of a helping you maintain a healthy sleep cycle and lifestyle. To that end, we encourage you to prioritize your appointments. If you do need to cancel, we ask that you give us at least 24-hour's notice so we can offer that time slot to another client.
Please note that appointments canceled with less than 24-hour's notice will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment price charged to the credit card you entered when making the appointment. If you are feeling at all ill, please cancel as early as possible.
You can cancel or reschedule directly from your appointment confirmation or reminder email or call or text 828-351-7193.
We understand that life happens...traffic...accidents...sick kids... etc. If you happen to be running late, please let us know ASAP by calling 828-351-7193. Depending on the schedule, we may or may not be able to give you the full appointment time. Out of respect for your therapist's time however, payment in full is still expected at the conclusion of the service.
Again we understand that life happens, but please call us at 828-351-7193. If you fail to show up for your appointment without letting us know, you will be considered a "no show" and the card you used to book the appointment will be charged for the full appointment price (no discounts).
