Struggling with sleep issues? Book one or more sleep coaching sessions to learn how sleep works and how it can work better for you. During your session, you will complete a holistic sleep intake and assessment that will give us the basis for creating a simple yet effective sleep plan that is customized just for you. We will look deeper into your patterns, habits and sleep hygiene to discover strategies that work with your lifestyle and circadian rhythm. The first session includes a sleep plan you can implement that night and a more comprehensive plan that will help you get through the first 21 days of building better habits. Follow up session are usually recommended, as is our Sleep Massage. 


Creating a successful sleep plan may take more than one session. As with any adjustments to patterns and habits, implementing them takes time and dedication. With some work, however, you can set yourself up for sleep success for the rest of your life. 


Meditation for Sleep teaches you to meditate your way to better sleep. Anyone can meditate because it's not about stopping thoughts (you can't). Instead, you will learn how to make friends with your mind and tame your wild thoughts so you can fall asleep faster and easier. Discover the meditation technique that works best for you!


Our one-of-a-kind Sleep Massage weaves together a trance-inducing combination of therapies. This 90-minute service can jump start your journey back to optimal sleep.


The treatment begins with a sleep intake, assessment, and coaching session. Then you'll climb fully clothed onto a warm table in the near darkness and receive a massage the uses deep rhythmic pressure combined with rocking, reflexology which will lull you into the meditative state before sleep*. The session finishes with a guided meditation that will help set you up for sleep success that very night.
