Rebekah Delling, LMT, MFA
Owner, Licensed Massage Therapist, Sleep Coach
Rebekah is a licensed massage therapist and adult sleep coach who spent 13 years as the owner/operator of the Hampton Holistic Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Just prior to the shut down, Rebekah decided to go a different direction with her life and moved to Hendersonville, North Carolina area and worked at as clinic manager in Asheville for year before reopening her practice as Hypnotic Massage Sleep Boutique.
Massage began as a personal journey after a difficult period during her early twenties. The desire to heal herself morphed into a desire to help initiate healing in others. Rebekah brings 20 years of experience as a massage therapist and meditation practitioner to the table and spent the past seven years studying sleep.
In 2010, Rebekah worked for Olmo Ling Meditation Center and studied meditation with Tempa Lama. She possesses a degree in therapeutic massage, a Bachelor's degree in business writing, and a Master's degree in creative writing. Her continuing education credits include a course in Sleep Science, a certification in sleep coaching, second degree Reiki atunement, a certification in medical massage, shiatsu, chakra balancing and more.
In 2016, she was recruited to be a massage therapist on the PGA US Open Wellness Team at Oakmont. Rebekah also sat on the Massage Advisory Board of Douglas Education Center and Career Training Academy.
In her spare time, Rebekah enjoys hanging out with her dog, Rusty and cat, Crashie, as well as meditating, dancing, and spending time in nature.
