Hypnotic Massage is dedicated to offering clinical level results in a peaceful environment. We help rewrite your sleep story through massage, coaching and a curated collection of sleep support products. Master massage therapist & sleep specialist, Rebekah Delling, LMBT employs an integrative approach to address common sleep disruptors like stress, pain and anxiety.
Don’t have sleep issues? No problem! We also specialize in therapeutic massage for pain management, relaxation, medical issues, sports recovery and more. Everything we do helps you sleep better.

Please note that the main doors of the Shops of Tryon may be locked after 5pm. Please text or wait by the front doors for us to retrieve you. We are also a small boutique studio and do not have a dedicated waiting area. Please feel free to wait on the bench in the hall. We recommend that you do NOT arrive more than 10 minutes early.
