CANCELATION POLICY

Appointments are reserved just for you. We ask that you give (at least) 24-hours notice when canceling so we can fill your spot. Appointments canceled the same day may incur a $25 fee & no-shows may incur a $50 fee. The same day fee will not be charged if you are acutely sick. Please call or text 828-817-9722 to cancel or reschedule if you are unable to do so online. You CANNOT respond to reminders to cancel, it won’t reach us.

If you have a history of last minute cancellations or no-call/no-shows, you will be asked to pre-pay at the time of booking.

Please call 828-817-9722 if you are running more than 5-minutes late.

If you are paying with a gift card, please make sure to have the card or the card number with you at check out. We CANNOT look up gift card information without the number.
